"When we lost power to our room,I went to tell the women at the front desk. I found that she was sort of rude. I work in retail and I have always been taught that the customer is always right, but maybe hotels are run differently."

"When I booked this room, 2 QUEEN beds were confirmed, but we got 2 DOUBLE beds. The girl at front desk was not helpful at all. I think I should get a discount"
